To submit updates or new meeting listings
The A.A. Manitoba Website maintains listings of online and in-person meetings in all parts of Area 80 (Manitoba). The meeting information is supplied to the web team by Manitoba Central Office and group representatives. It is important that this information be as up-to-date and accurate as possible and we ask that responsible trusted servants in each district review the online listings regularly.
Please email the Website Team and Manitoba Central Office if there are any changes to meeting times and/or locations. Requests to update meeting listings should include the following information:
In-person meetings
- Open or closed meeting
- Location name (if applicable) and address
- Group contact email (non-personal email address, such as groupname-aa@gmail.com)
- Start/end time
- Type of meeting (ex. Big Book Study, Discussion, etc.)
- Multiple types may be selected
- Location information (attendance limits, which entrance to use, etc.)
- Specific meeting notes (ex. Second Monday of the Month is Birthday / Open Speaker)
Online meetings
- Open or closed meeting
- Zoom (or other platform) meeting ID, Password, etc.
- Group contact email (non-personal email address, such as groupname-aa@gmail.com)
- Start/end time
- Type of meeting (ex. Big Book Study, Discussion, etc.)
- Multiple types may be selected
- Specific meeting notes (ex. Second Monday of the Month is Birthday / Open Speaker)
